Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
Client Cancellation
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
No Show
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Clinic Cancellation
In rare situations where Dr. Neha Gupta needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
- A new appointment date, or
- A full refund (if applicable).
