Consultation Services
- Payments made for completed consultations are non-refundable.
- If a technical issue occurs from our side preventing the consultation, a rescheduled appointment will be offered.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products (eBooks, guides, meal plans), all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the download has been accessed.
Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged twice due to a payment gateway error, please contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
